**What is Regional Manager - Emerging Business Solutions?**

The **Regional Manager – Emerging Business Solutions** will be responsible for driving the growth, commercialization, and execution of JazzCash's emerging Enterprise business solutions within the assigned region. 

The role will have end-to-end responsibility for developing and scaling key business lines, including **Payroll Digitization / Salary Disbursements, Corporate QR Solutions, and Mini App Channel Development**, with a strong focus on revenue generation, transaction growth, client acquisition, activation, retention, and portfolio expansion.

The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with enterprise and SME clients, expanding existing business relationships, and driving increased adoption and utilization of JazzCash solutions.

The role requires a strong **commercial, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented mindset**, with the ability to translate market opportunities and client requirements into sustainable business growth. The incumbent will work closely with regional Enterprise teams, central Product, Technology, Operations, and other support functions to ensure effective implementation and sustained business performance.

The position will also lead and develop a team of contractual resources supporting business development, client acquisition, onboarding, activation, and portfolio management activities. The postion reports toHead of Enterprise Business.  
  
**What does Regional Manager - Emerging Business Solutions do?** 

**Core Accountability**

The Regional Manager will be accountable for:

-   Delivering assigned **regional revenue and transaction volume targets**.
-   Driving acquisition of new Enterprise and SME clients.
-   Expanding the adoption and utilization of Payroll, Corporate QR, and Mini App solutions.
-   Increasing productivity and wallet share across existing client relationships.
-   Building and maintaining a strong regional business pipeline.
-   Ensuring timely onboarding, activation, and stabilization of new clients.
-   Developing strategic relationships with key corporate and institutional stakeholders.
-   Driving effective execution of product deployments and business initiatives.
-   Providing regular visibility on regional performance, opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.
-   Building a capable, accountable, and performance-oriented regional team

## Requirements

**What are we looking for and what does it take to be Regional Manager - Emerging Business Solutions?**

**Qualification & Experience**

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline**.
-   **6–8 years of relevant experience** in fintech, digital payments, banking, financial services, telecom, Enterprise sales, or B2B business development.
-   Proven track record in **B2B / Enterprise sales and business development**.
-   Experience managing business portfolios, revenue targets, and geographically distributed teams.
-   Exposure to digital payment products, corporate disbursements, merchant acquiring, QR payments, payroll solutions, or digital financial services will be preferred.
-   Experience working with Product, Technology, Operations, and other cross-functional teams will be an advantage.
