These positions involves the decommissioning and operations of well site operations, drilling, and completion activities, ensuring the successful decommissioning of well projects across numerous locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist with the planning, execution, and management of decommissioning completion operations.
-   Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including drilling engineers, geologists, and field personnel.
-   Monitor well performance and production, making operational adjustments as necessary.
-   Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of drilling equipment, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.
-   Prepare and review technical reports, documentation, and presentations related to drilling and completion activities.
-   Implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines during all operations to maintain a safe working environment.
-   Participate in post-job evaluations to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
-   Stay informed of technological advancements in well operations and integrate innovations into project execution.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geosciences, or a related field.
-   Experience in well operations, drilling, or completions within the oil and gas industry.
-   Strong understanding of drilling techniques, well construction, and completion methods.
-   Familiarity with drilling and completion equipment and technologies.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
-   Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
-   Ability to work in challenging field conditions and adapt to dynamic work environments.
-   Valid offshore certifications, including BOSIET and other relevant training, may be required for certain positions.
-   Flexibility to work on varying schedules, including possible rotations offshore.
