## Description

Job Bridge Global is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior and Junior Store Man to join our client's team. As a Senior and Junior Store Man, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient and accurate stock control. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage the overall operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
-   Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate stock records.
-   Ensure efficient stock control practices, including regular stock checks and reconciliations.
-   Monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock replenishment and minimize stock-outs.
-   Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
-   Supervise and train store staff in store procedures and best practices.
-   Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
-   Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders on time.
-   Handle and resolve any complaints or inquiries related to store operations.
-   Implement and enforce policies and procedures.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Store Man or similar role.
-   Must be able to communicate in English.
-   Must be able to operate a Telehandler to lift heavy cable drums
-   HIAB Experience required for senior postion
-   Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
-   Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems.
-   Ability to effectively manage and supervise a team.
-   Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
-   Flexibility to work overtime.
