We are seeking a **Finance Manager** to lead our financial operations. We are looking for a professional with a strategic mindset and a strong "hands-on" approach, capable of acting as a business partner to the Country Manager and the VP of Finance, supporting the company's growth while ensuring financial and operational excellence.

This position requires **solid accounting knowledge** and technical mastery of the finance function. Robust experience in accounting, monthly closings, financial statements, internal controls, and tax/regulatory compliance is essential.

**Key Challenges & Responsibilities:**

-   **Full Financial Management:** Lead the comprehensive financial management of the branch.
-   **Supervision:** Oversee accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and internal controls.
-   **Accuracy & Reporting:** Ensure precision in accounting closings and reporting to headquarters.
-   **Compliance:** Ensure full tax, labor, and regulatory compliance.
-   **Financial Health:** Manage cash flow, working capital, and key financial indicators (KPIs).
-   **Process Improvement:** Drive process enhancements and operational efficiency.
