## Description

Own product launches end-to-end for Amazon brands.

$3,000-$5,000/month | Full-time | EU time zones![](https://workablehr.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/photos/488598/d777524e236cf6cdd106b81831eceb66.png)[](https://docs.google.com/document/d/15DuBFBRrdJW7i3LuEWk8wHluLTo4Ygwc_6sNUhy6MiI/edit?usp=sharing)We're AG Partners, and we do three things on Amazon: we grow existing sellers through PPC and catalogue management, we build brands from scratch for clients (from sourcing through to launch and ongoing management), and we launch our own Amazon brands.

We've only been operating in this version for around 4-5 months, but we're moving fast. We expect to hit six figures in monthly revenue by year end.

As we launch more client brands and more of our own brands, the dependencies will multiply quickly. We need someone senior enough to own the whole launch function, remove our COO from day-to-day execution, and give the founders back their time to focus on what only they can do: scaling the portfolio and capital decisions.

You're someone who has launched physical products before, understands the mechanics of Amazon, and can coordinate across sourcing, supply chain, catalogue, design, and PPC without dropping the ball. You'll lead the catalog management team and the supply chain team, both of which report into you.

In this role, you will:

📋 Own every product launch from brief to first sale on Amazon (for clients and for our own brands)

✏️ Coordinate across sourcing, catalog/listing, design, and PPC to ensure clean, on-time launches

💡 Maintain a launch pipeline that's visible at all times (every active product has a status, blocker, next action, and owner)

💻 Lead the supply chain team and own inventory forecasts and long-term stock planning

x, sample, and quality calls independently within agreed parameters

📦 Lead the catalog management team and ensure listings are launched and maintained to high standards

🤝 Own the end-to-end Brand Builder client journey alongside the Operations Coordinator

📞 Ensure consistent client comms (minimum 2x/week per active sourcing-phase client) in professional, clear English

📊 Build and maintain dashboards covering product launch pipeline, inventory, and brand performance

💡 Deploy AI and automation to measurably reduce manual ops work (target: 50% reduction in human time on supplier outreach, reporting, and status tracking within 6 months)

📋 Run the weekly ops meeting without founder input (output: a clean status report founders read in 10 minutes)

🎓 Own ops-side hiring, onboarding, and performance management

This is a full-time role working within UK/Western European time zone (GMT/BST), with core overlap with the founders who are based in Lisbon. Some flexibility is expected for early-morning supplier comms with China and afternoon/evening client comms with Europe and US clients.

## Requirements

![](https://workablehr.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/photos/488598/47adf2e8c7d4358f10f58bc9ef5bdc7c.png)To be successful in this role, you need:

✅ 7+ years operations leadership in e-commerce, Amazon, or supply-chain-heavy business (you've run a function, not just executed in one)

✅ Hands-on Amazon experience (you've personally launched products on Amazon, private label or agency-side, and you understand the mechanics of catalog, listings, and the launch process)

✅ Supply chain fluency (lead times, MOQs, freight, QC, supplier dynamics, inventory forecasting - enough depth to lead the sourcing team and make decisions, not just ask questions)

✅ Excellent written English (native or near-native - client-facing communication is a core part of this role)

✅ Systems thinker (you design and implement processes with discipline and are comfortable owning ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable as a daily operating tool)

✅ Genuinely AI-fluent (you've shipped automations using Zapier, Make, n8n, or LLM workflows - not just interested in AI, but actually using it weekly)

✅ Strong people manager (you've led teams, ideally across functions, and can hold them accountable without drama)

✅ Self-directed (you diagnose problems and act - you don't wait to be told what to do)

✅ Based in or overlapping with EU time zone (Western or Eastern Europe strongly preferred, UK working hours)

Brownie points for:

⭐ Direct Amazon FBA private label launch experience (your own brand or as an agency operator)

⭐ Experience managing offshore teams (Philippines, India, Pakistan, Eastern Europe)

⭐ Experience working at a bootstrapped business or as a COO-of-one at a small company

⭐ Experience with sourcing in China (suppliers, freight, FBA logistics)

⭐ Familiarity with Xero, Sellerboard, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon-specific tooling

⭐ Background that includes running both client-facing and internal operations functions

We’re looking for someone who gets things done and follows through to completion. You’ll take ownership of your area, treating it like your own business - spotting problems early and bringing solutions instead of waiting for instructions.

You stay calm under pressure and handle launch delays or client challenges without becoming defensive or flustered.

Attention to detail matters: you notice when numbers don’t add up, listings have mistakes, or processes aren’t working properly.

Communication should be clear and structured - responses are concise, complete, and always move things forward with a clear next step.

You should be comfortable working in ambiguity. This is a small business that’s still building its operating system, so you’ll help create processes, not just follow them.

We’re also looking for someone genuinely interested in AI and systems - not for the buzzwords, but because you enjoy finding ways to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Most importantly, you have a bias toward action: you move quickly, make decisions, and adjust as you go rather than getting stuck overthinking.
