## Description

The Workforce Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless staff assignments, transitions, and productivity across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Workforce Strategy and managing a small team of Workforce Coordinators, this position is central to maintaining operational excellence and compliance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  
  
Key responsibilities include:

-   Managing staff movement mechanics, including assignments, transitions, and bench management, in coordination with HR and IT teams
-   Maintaining accurate records for all active assignments to ensure each billable staff member has a current status and owner
-   Owning and managing the bench by tracking available staff, optimizing productivity, and driving placement urgency
-   Coordinating client assignment transitions, including onboarding, mid-assignment changes, and structured offboarding
-   Handling intake and fulfillment of workforce requests from Services, Sales, and Client Alignment departments
-   Collaborating with HR on compliance, employment status changes, and adherence to Philippine labor requirements
-   Working with IT to ensure proper system access provisioning and deprovisioning for EHR, client portals, and internal tools
-   Maintaining and enforcing the workforce request intake process across departments
-   Updating and managing SOPs for assignment lifecycle events
-   Ensuring all transitions are completed within defined SLA windows

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   Experience leading operations, staffing coordination, or workforce/resource management
-   Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting
-   Proven experience owning and enforcing SOP-driven operational processes
-   Demonstrated ability to execute SLA-based operational tasks, meeting defined turnaround times
-   Experience partnering with Services/Delivery and Sales teams to intake and fulfill staffing/workforce requests
-   Fluent English communication skills
-   Legally authorized to work in the Philippines
-   Availability to work aligned to US time zone business hours

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   People management experience
-   Experience managing assignment and placement lifecycle processes, including onboarding, mid-assignment changes, and offboarding
-   Bachelor’s degree
-   Experience adopting new operations tools, including AI tools, to improve workforce coordination workflows
-   Experience coordinating cross-functionally with HR and IT to support workforce changes
