## Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition Trainee** to join our HR team through the **Tamheer Program**. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle within a professional and fast-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
-   Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
-   Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
-   Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
-   Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
-   Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records.
-   Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
-   Perform other Talent Acquisition and HR-related tasks as assigned.

## Requirements

-   Saudi National (Tamheer eligibility required).
-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
-   Fresh graduate or limited professional experience.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Good organizational and time management skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-   English proficiency is preferred.
-   Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
