## Description

JODAYN, a leading provider of professional training solutions, is looking for a driven and results-oriented **Training Sales Representative** to join our team in Dubai.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Proactively identify and engage potential clients to promote our top-tier training programs.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, government organizations, and individuals.
-   Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and industry events.
-   Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
-   Effectively negotiate pricing and contracts to drive successful deal closures.
-   Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery.

**Requirements:**

-   **Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE market, ideally in training, education, or a related industry.**
-   **Preferably experienced in selling IT training programs or management courses.**
-   **Candidates with strong connections in the government and banking sectors are highly preferred.**
-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-   Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
-   **Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.**
