**About the Role**

We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join our talented engineering team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs that support our AI-driven platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about backend development, problem-solving, and writing clean, reliable code.

**Responsibilities**

-   Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
-   Collaborate with frontend developers and other teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
-   Implement security and data protection measures.
-   Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
-   Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
-   Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
-   Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
-   2+ years of experience in backend development.
-   Proficiency with programming languages such as Typescript (Node.js), Python, or Golang.
-   Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
-   Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
-   Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
-   Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is desirable.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
-   Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
