As Blueprint scales internationally, this role starts by owning the creator engine in our two priority launch markets — Singapore and Hong Kong, and grows into the broader international mandate as those markets prove out. International growth depends on localized storytelling and creator credibility, so you will build and run the end-to-end influencer ecosystem: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, whitelisting, tracking, and performance optimization. You'll go deep on SG/HK first, building the creator network, the briefing playbook, and the paid-media feedback loop from the ground up, then use that blueprint for other international markets.

## Requirements

**Position Responsibilities:**

-   Build and own a scalable creator pipeline across SG/HK  sourcing and vetting localized creators by market, language, and cultural fit, and keeping the pipeline full week over week.
-   Run influencer campaigns end to end -  outreach, negotiation, briefs, timelines, approvals, tracking, and results -  managing dozens of creators simultaneously without things slipping.
-   Own whitelisting and usage rights so every asset is contractually covered, compliant with local disclosure rules, and ready to scale in paid media.
-   Partner with Paid Media to feed winning creator content into ads, iterating on the best-performing assets by market to drive down CAC.
-   Build market-level reporting,  tracking things like - net new customers, revenue per creative, spend, creator collaboration turnaround time, and active creator count. 
-   Create repeatable creator playbooks: localized briefing templates, compliance guardrails, and per-market best practices, and support geo-targeted creator activations tied to market and retail launches.

**Basic Qualifications:**

-   3–5+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, with direct, hands-on ownership of creator programs.
-   Proven track record running performance-driven influencer campaigns tied to measurable outcomes - CAC, revenue, and new customer growth 
-   Experience sourcing creators across multiple countries and negotiating contracts, usage rights, and whitelisting terms.
-   Working knowledge of international disclosure and advertising compliance 
-   Exceptional organization and strong writing/creative taste -  briefs are clear, content is on brand, and creators actually deliver what’s needed.

**Preferred Skills:**

-   Experience in DTC health, wellness, supplements, or longevity.
-   Fluency with paid social (Meta / TikTok) and a real understanding of how creator assets perform once they become ads.
-   Comfort building reporting and attribution from scratch across multiple markets.
-   Fluent in Chinese + English 
-   Self-starter who builds the playbook while running campaigns - comfortable operating independently after onboarding and knowing when to pull in cross-functional partners.
