## Description

The Senior Product Owner – Finance & Shared Services will be responsible for managing and driving business requirements, system enhancements, process improvement, and solution delivery for Finance and Shared Services functions. This role will act as the key bridge between Business Users, Finance teams, Shared Services, IT, vendors and implementation partners to ensure that system capabilities support business operations effectively.  
  
The role will focus on Finance-related systems and processes, related integrated platforms, covering requirement gathering, solution design alignment, change request management, testing coordination, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and post-go-live support.

**Key Responsibilities:****  
1\. Requirement Management**

-   Gather, analyze, and consolidate business requirements from Finance and Shared Services teams.
-   Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and change request documents.
-   Ensure requirements are properly reviewed, confirmed, prioritized, and approved by relevant business stakeholders.
-   Manage requirement traceability from request, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
-   AMS support model experience

**2\. Product Ownership & Roadmap**

-   Own the product roadmap for Finance and Shared Services-related systems.
-   Prioritize enhancement requests, defects, and change requests based on business value, urgency, compliance impact, and resource capacity.
-   Work with business and IT leadership to define short-term and long-term improvement plans.
-   Ensure the product roadmap aligns with business strategy, finance transformation direction, and operational needs.

**3\. Stakeholder Management**

-   Act as the main contact point between Finance, Shared Services, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
-   Facilitate requirement clarification sessions, solution walkthroughs, status updates, and decision-making meetings.

**4\. Product Management Tools**

-   Jira / Azure DevOps / backlog, CR, issue, and sprint tracking
-   Confluence / SharePoint for documentation/Miro
-   Microsoft Excel for requirement tracking, issue tracking, and data analysis
-   Microsoft PowerPoint for management presentation
-   Microsoft Word for BRD, FSD, UAT sign-off, and process documentation

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably focusing on internal product management.
-   Strong understanding of enterprise technology and process automation.
-   Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
-   Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear product strategies and execution plans.
-   Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-   Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
-   Fluency in English and Thai language is required.
