## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated **Senior RPA Software Engineer** to join our growing **Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team**. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and scaling our digital workforce. The ideal candidate is a **Python** expert passionate about leveraging technology to automate complex business processes. You will be a key player in evolving our automation capabilities by integrating AI and machine learning to create sophisticated, intelligent automation solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**  

-   Architect and develop robust, scalable, and efficient end-to-end automation solutions primarily using Python.
-   Integrate **RPA bots** with **enterprise applications, databases, and APIs** to ensure seamless process automation. Author complex **SQL queries** to manipulate and retrieve data for automation workflows.
-   Serve as a key contributor in projects to enhance our **RPA solutions** with **AI/ML** capabilities, moving toward intelligent automation.
-   Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization across the organization.

## Requirements

-   **5+ years** of professional software development experience, with expert-level proficiency in **Python**
-   **E**xtensive experience writing and optimizing complex **SQL queries** and working with various database systems
-   Proven track record of designing and building automated solutions to solve business problems
-   Hands-on experience with **RPA platforms** such as **Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere**
-   Professional experience as an **AI Engineer** with a portfolio of projects involving **machine learning, NLP, or computer vision** integrated into applications
