## Description

MakroPRO is building Thailand’s next-gen commerce engine — blending offline retail, express delivery, and digital marketplace into one powerful omni-retail platform.

We’re hiring a **Manager - Business Intelligence** to architect and scale our core data systems that drive growth, profitability, and speed. This role goes beyond dashboards — you’ll own the BI layer that fuels commercial strategy, campaign intelligence, inventory efficiency, and next-gen use cases. It’s a high-autonomy, high-impact role for someone who builds fast, thinks commercially, and leads with data.

**Responsibilities:**

**Core Business Intelligence**

-   Create self-serve dashboards for Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Ops teams using Power BI and monitor real-time business health and proactively alert teams on performance anomalies or trend shifts.
-   Implement effective platform, marketing and campaign-level ROI frameworks to measure promotion and pricing efficiency.

**Advanced Analytics & Data Thinking**

-   Define segmentations, LTV models, buyer cohorts, and marketplace health indicators.
-   Conduct funnel analysis across app journey — from acquisition to repeat behavior and basket expansion.
-   Initiate & lead data science project and collaborate with data science teams to model forecasting, pricing elasticity, churn signals, etc.

**Cross-Functional Strategy**

-   Partner with category heads, marketing leads, and Ops and Product owners to translate business needs into analytics action plans.
-   Work with Product and Tech on instrumentation, tagging, event tracking, and feature experiments.
-   Coach and mentor junior analysts on structured problem solving, data storytelling, and tooling best practices.

**Business Outcomes**

-   Improve campaign ROI, customer reactivation rates, and platform conversion through actionable insights.
-   Reduce data turnaround time and increase adoption of BI tools across stakeholder teams.
-   Push MakroPRO toward a data-first culture with proactive insight generation and operational integration.

## Requirements

-   6–10 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data strategy — at least 3 in **e-commerce, Consulting, or omni-retail**
-   Strong SQL, Python and dashboarding (Power BI)
-   Experience designing campaign tracking, funnel metrics, marketing attribution, and customer journey analytics
-   Strong commercial sense — ability to think like a category lead, not just an analyst
-   Comfortable with ambiguity, owning workstreams, managing stakeholders, tight deadlines, and high-stakes decision-making
-   Bonus: Knowledge Data Science, ML models, or AI tools (even better if you've piloted them in a business context)
