**About the Role** 

Makro is looking for an experienced **Livestream & Content Operations** to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of livestream commerce and content initiatives across our digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running large-scale livestream events and a strong operational mindset for driving engagement, conversion, and brand growth. 

**Key Responsibilities** 

-   Plan, produce, and execute end-to-end livestream campaigns from pre-production to post-event analysis. 

-   Lead large-scale livestream events, coordinating hosts, influencers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. 

-   Develop content calendars and creative concepts that align with Makro's brand positioning and commercial goals. 

-   Own the end-to-end operations of livestream and content projects, including scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site/virtual event management. 

-   Monitor livestream performance metrics (viewership, engagement, GMV, conversion rate) and provide actionable insights to optimize future sessions. 

-   Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and category teams to align livestream content with promotions and product launches. 

-   Manage relationships with livestream hosts, KOLs/KOCs, and platform partners to expand reach and improve content quality. 

-   Stay up to date with livestream commerce trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities to continuously improve strategy. 

-   Prepare regular performance reports and present recommendations to management.

## Requirements

-   **3+ years of relevant experience** in livestream commerce, content operations, digital marketing, or e-commerce operations. 

-   Proven track record of **planning and executing large-scale livestream events** (high concurrent viewership, multi-stakeholder coordination, or high-GMV sessions). 

-   Strong understanding of livestream platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, etc.) and content/social media operations. 

-   Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple livestream/content projects simultaneously under tight timelines. 

-   Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing livestream KPIs and translating data into actionable improvements. 

-   Excellent coordination and communication skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and external partners (hosts, agencies, KOLs). 

-   Creative sensibility for content storytelling, combined with strong operational execution. 

-   Good command of English 

-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
