## Description

The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer embeds with BU teams to turn business problems into working product, owning solutions end-to-end from rapid prototype through production deployment and BU adoption. Rather than handing off specs, the Senior FDE builds, integrates, and ships in the field — partnering closely with BU stakeholders, data teams, and Core Tech to deliver solutions that create measurable business impact and scale across the organization.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Embed with BU teams to understand operational problems firsthand, then design solutions that fit their real-world context
-   Ability to build production-grade software end-to-end — data pipelines, integrations, APIs, and applications
-   Prototype and iterate rapidly in the field, validating against live data and real users before scaling
-   Apply AI/ML and LLM capabilities where they create real leverage — building agents, automations, and data products
-   Integrate solutions with existing platforms, data sources, and enterprise systems (cloud, data warehouse, internal APIs)
-   Own technical delivery from architecture and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and handover
-   Partner with Core Tech to ensure solutions meet platform, security, and data-governance standards for production
-   Instrument solutions to measure impact, tracking BU Adoption Rate and P&L outcomes, and iterate on the results
-   Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs clearly to BU leaders and the Innovation Steering Committee
-   Set technical standards, and contribute reusable patterns to the Innovation team’s playbook

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a software, solutions, or forward deployed engineer, shipping production systems in a customer or BU-facing role
-   Strong full-stack engineering skills — building applications, APIs, and data pipelines in a modern language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Go)
-   Hands-on with cloud and data platforms, and system integration (e.g., Azure, Databricks, SQL, REST APIs)
-   Practical experience applying AI/ML or LLMs to real problems — prompt engineering, agents, RAG, or model integration
-   Excellent communication in both Thai and English, able to work directly with BU stakeholders and present technical trade-offs to executives
-   Comfortable owning delivery end-to-end and iterating fast in ambiguous, real-world environments
-   Able to turn vague business problems into deployed, adopted solutions
