## Description

This squad is for responsible for supplier registration, onboarding, and lifecycle management through the Makro Supplier Portal (MSP). The Senior Product Owner will take over a live product and drive the next phase of supplier self-service improvement.

### **Key responsibilities**

-   Own the product roadmap for supplier onboarding and lifecycle management on MSP
-   Improve supplier registration, verification, and portal activation workflows
-   Reduce onboarding cycle time and increase the supplier self-service rate
-   Manage supplier profile and data management features — updates, deactivation, role access
-   Partner with supplier-facing commercial teams to understand pain points and prioritize improvements
-   Write PRDs, manage backlog, and lead sprint delivery in close collaboration with the tech team

## Requirements

-   4–7 years of product management experience with a background in B2B platforms, supplier portals, or operations-facing products
-   Strong track record of improving workflows and driving user adoption on an existing product
-   Ability to manage multiple stakeholders — commercial, tech, finance, and supplier-facing teams
-   Detail-oriented with strong process thinking
-   Fluency in English; Thai is an advantage

### **Nice to Have**

-   Experience in retail, wholesale, or FMCG supplier management
-   Prior experience with Makro Supplier Portal (MSP) or similar supplier-facing platforms
-   Familiarity with ERP-integrated supplier workflows (Oracle, SAP)
