**Workplace:** on_site

## Description

We're a creative business powered by brilliant people, and we believe the best work happens when people feel supported, connected and inspired. Our Studio & Team Coordinator plays an important part in making that happen every single day. If you love variety, enjoy helping others and take pride in creating a great experience for people, we'd love to hear from you.

At JKR, our people are at the heart of everything we do, and our Studio & Team Coordinator plays a huge part in creating an environment where they can do their best work.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making things happen behind the scenes. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, the person colleagues turn to when they need support, and someone who takes pride in creating an office that feels organised, welcoming and full of energy.

No two days are the same. From greeting clients and coordinating travel, to supporting leaders with day-to-day administration and helping deliver studio events, you'll enjoy variety and find satisfaction in making life a little easier for
everyone around you.

You'll report into the Studio Manager and work closely with the EA to the C-Suite, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience while working alongside experienced colleagues who are there to support you.

The role

- Be the welcoming face of JKR, creating a great first impression for every guest,
    client and colleague.
- Keep the studio running smoothly by coordinating day-to-day office operations
    and supporting the wider team.
- Provide administrative support to leaders, including travel, expenses and diary
    coordination where needed.
- Take ownership of the office environment so it remains organised, welcoming
and reflective of the JKR brand.
- Work collaboratively with the Studio Manager and Talent team to create a
    brilliant employee experience.

What success looks like

- Creating an exceptional experience for our people, clients and visitors every
    day.
- Being the person others can rely on to keep the studio running seamlessly.
- Taking ownership, spotting what needs doing and acting proactively.
- Building positive relationships across the business and working collaboratively
    with everyone.

## Requirements

We're not looking for a specific background, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

- **Organised, with a natural sense of priority**: Keeping multiple moving parts on track without things slipping, and knows the difference between what's urgent and what can wait.
- **Proactive**: Spot what needs doing before being asked and gets on with it, rather than waiting for instruction.
- **Confident, professional presentation**: Represent JKR well in every interaction, holding a consistently high standard whether welcoming a visitor, greeting senior leadership, or signing for a delivery.
- **Articulate across all levels**: Comfortable moving between conversations with clients, senior leadership, everyday interactions with couriers, suppliers, and staff, adjusting tone without losing clarity.
- **Attention to detail**: Nothing gets missed, from formatting a document correctly to noticing what needs restocking or resetting before anyone else does.
