## Description

**JOTIS S.A.**, one of the most historic Greek food manufacturing companies, with a long-standing presence characterized by significant innovations and milestone products that have created new market categories, is seeking a **Brand Manager**.

JOTIS S.A. has built its reputation on the high quality of its products, always focusing on meeting the needs of modern families.

The position reports to the **Group Brand Manager**.

### **Main Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct market and category analysis and submit proposals regarding category support activities, new product development, and the implementation of new product launches.
-   Develop and execute the annual brand communication and activation plan across TV, Social Media, Digital Campaigns, and Below-The-Line activities.
-   Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify improvement opportunities.
-   Coordinate with all relevant company departments to ensure the smooth availability of assigned products in the market.
-   Propose brand initiatives and marketing activities to be included in the annual plan and contribute to the development of the annual budget
-   Collaborate with the Sales Department to define communication strategies and prioritize promotional and sales initiatives.

### **Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Master’s degree in Marketing, an MBA, or Sales Management is preferred.
-   Up to 3 years of experience in a similar Brand Management or Marketing role.
-   Excellent command of English.
-   Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, internet tools, and Social Media platforms.
-   Familiarity with market research and consumer behavior methodologies.
-   Experience in the Food & Beverages industry is a plus.
