**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Operations & Maintenance Manager, the Grounds Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of Grounds operations. This role will communicate with the Leadership, Customer Service and On-water teams effectively and efficiently and is responsible for the provision of grounds support to the On-water and Customer Service teams and, the management of stores and logistics.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

-   Experienced in managing/supervising diverse teams
-   Experience in working in a high paced customer service focused business is desirable
-   Drivers Licence and own transport required

## Requirements

**YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES**

To be successful you will need to have had previous experience in staff supervision, ideally within an operational environment.

In addition to this you will have:

-   Strong organisational and communication skills
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and data management software
-   Understanding of Rostering Systems & Accounting software
-   Ability to multitask, prioritise and be pragmatic when required
-   Diligent with compliance activities
-   Ability to work well in a busy environment with a positive attitude towards your team and customers
-   Have a reliable, flexible, and honest approach to work
-   Experienced in managing/supervising diverse teams
-   Experience in working in a high paced customer service focused business is desirable
-   Drivers Licence and own transport required
