Joy Memories creates seasonal holiday photo experiences designed to help families capture meaningful moments. With a focus on festive, child-friendly photography experiences, the team works to make every visit feel warm, organized, and memorable for guests.

In this role, you will help bring that experience to life by creating a welcoming environment for children, parents, and families during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in helping guests feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.

### Responsibilities

-   Greet children and families warmly to create a festive photo experience.
-   Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming photo set area.
-   Follow safety guidelines while interacting with guests and handling props.
-   Work collaboratively with the photo team during busy seasonal shifts.

## Requirements

-   Comfortable interacting with young children and creating a positive experience for parents and families in a high-volume retail environment.
-   Able to follow safety procedures while working with guests and props.
-   Eligible to work in the United States.
-   Available to work both weekend days, holiday-week shifts, and flexible peak retail hours.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Previous photography-related experience.
-   Experience using camera gear and lighting setups.
-   Experience using POS or check-in systems.
-   Experience handling props and maintaining a photo set.
-   Experience in customer-facing roles.
