### **Business Development Representative (Part-Time, Onsite – Richardson, TX)**

### Location

**Richardson, TX - In‑Office only (no remote option)**

### Compensation

**$20/hour + discretionary performance bonuses**

### What You’ll Do

-   Build targeted lists of accounts and contacts that match our ideal customer profile
-   Execute multi-channel outreach (email + LinkedIn + **phone calls daily**)
-   Start and guide short, professional conversations to understand needs and determine fit
-   Set qualified meetings for the senior sales team
-   Track activity, notes, and next steps in our CRM
-   Participate in coaching, call review, and skills practice to improve quickly
