A leading omnichannel retailer: Head of Digital Growth & Marketing Technology

**Responsibilities**

-   Lead and execute the full-funnel digital acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels
-   Own media planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance optimization
-   Drive customer acquisition, demand generation, and revenue growth initiatives
-   Optimize ROAS, POAS, contribution margin, CAC, and overall marketing efficiency
-   Oversee paid media channels including Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, and Programmatic
-   Develop and implement testing frameworks for creatives, bidding strategies, audiences, and landing pages
-   Scale performance marketing through automation and advanced bidding strategies
-   Lead SEO strategy, including technical SEO initiatives and organic demand expansion
-   Collaborate with technology and commercial teams to improve digital visibility and category performance
-   Own attribution models, analytics frameworks, and digital measurement processes
-   Oversee marketing technology infrastructure, tagging, feeds, integrations, and reporting consistency
-   Lead dashboarding, performance reporting, and data transparency initiatives
-   Improve forecasting accuracy and support strategic growth planning
-   Manage and develop cross-functional teams across Performance Marketing, SEO, and MarTech
-   Define KPIs, performance standards, and scalable operational processes
-   Manage external agencies, technology vendors, and strategic partners

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
-   Master’s degree considered an advantage
-   7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or eCommerce (3+ years of leadership experience managing teams)
-   Proven experience managing large-scale performance marketing budgets
-   Strong understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, POAS, CAC, and contribution margin
-   Deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic Media, and digital acquisition ecosystems
-   Advanced knowledge of GA4, attribution models, analytics, and digital measurement
-   Experience working with enterprise-level data environments and BI tools
-   Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
-   Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
-   Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
