## Description

A growing self-storage company is developing a modern platform in Greece, offering secure, technology-enabled storage solutions for individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities

-   Manage the day-to-day operation of the facility, ensuring high standards across the site.
-   Handle customer enquiries, reservations, facility tours, move-ins and move-outs.
-   Support occupancy and revenue growth by identifying customer needs and commercial opportunities.
-   Process customer payments and support collections.
-   Carry out regular facility inspections and coordinate maintenance contractors and suppliers.
-   Monitor stock of boxes, locks and other packaging supplies.
-   Upload and approve supplier invoices.
-   Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to monthly reporting.
-   Manage local social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn; create content, coordinate campaigns and respond to online reviews.
-   Represent the company at local business and community events.
-   Support future site openings, staff training and the development of consistent procedures across the business.
-   Assist with the remote management of additional locations as the platform expands.

## Requirements

-   At least 3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, retail, property management or customer service.
-   Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
-   A commercial mindset and experience in sales or identifying business opportunities.
-   Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
-   Confidence using digital tools and technology-enabled systems.
-   A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to take ownership of daily operations.
-   Experience with social media management is an advantage.
