## Description

For a leading international pharmaceutical company: Senior Accounting Specialist

**Responsibilities**

-   Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions, including supplier invoices, bank entries and reconciliations.
-   Manage customer and supplier accounts, master data and invoicing processes.
-   Process customer orders and maintain accurate accounting records in the ERP system.
-   Prepare customer and supplier reports and support month-end closing activities.
-   Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance of accounting records and follow up on discrepancies.
-   Support the Finance team with ongoing accounting and administrative activities.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
-   4–6 years of accounting experience.
-   Eligibility for Class A’ signing authority in Greece.
-   Very good Greek & English.
-   Good knowledge of Greek accounting and tax.
-   Experience with Excel and ERP systems; NAVISION is a plus.
