## Description

### Role Overview

A senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution within the FMCG/CPG sector. The position ensures operational efficiency, product availability, and high service levels across logistics, warehousing, and distribution networks.

### Key Responsibilities

\- Define and implement logistics and distribution strategies aligned with business growth objectives  
\- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and multi-tier distribution  
\- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and logistics partners  
\- Drive cost optimization, network efficiency, and service performance (OTIF, CSL)  
\- Lead warehouse operations, capacity planning, and WMS improvements  
\- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards  
\- Coordinate primary and secondary distribution to ensure timely product delivery  
\- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams  
\- Lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams across multiple locations  
\- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives (ERP, WMS, TMS)

## Requirements

\- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role  
\- Strong background in FMCG/CPG environments  
\- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, and distribution network management  
\- Experience managing 3PL providers and large-scale transport networks  
\- Strong commercial acumen and cost management experience  
\- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills  
\- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA or certifications are a plus)

## Benefits
