### Responsibilities

-   Coordinate and supervise daily production activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production lines
-   Lead and support production and packaging team members during daily operations and ensure effective allocation of tasks
-   Ensure the execution of the production plan according to established schedules, quality standards, and production targets
-   Monitor production processes and promptly address operational issues or deviations
-   Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal quality requirements
-   Ensure that all production documentation and records are accurately completed and maintained
-   Monitor production performance and contribute to the achievement of operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, and efficiency
-   Support the training, onboarding, and continuous development of production personnel
-   Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

## Requirements

-   Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, or another relevant technical/scientific field
-   Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, chemical, or other regulated industry
-   Previous experience in a supervisory, Team Leader, Shift Leader, or similar role will be considered a strong asset
-   Knowledge of GMP principles and regulated manufacturing processes is highly desirable
-   Strong leadership and people management skills
-   Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills
