## Description

For a well-established organization operating in the insurance and professional education sector.

Role based in Athens, Greece.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Lead and manage the organization’s overall operations, ensuring effective governance, sustainability, and alignment with strategic objectives
-   Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to strengthen the organization’s institutional presence and long-term growth
-   Oversee the development and delivery of professional education programs, certifications, and training initiatives aligned with the needs of the insurance market
-   Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, academic institutions, and professional bodies
-   Ensure the effective management of financial resources, including budgeting, cost control, and identification of new funding opportunities
-   Monitor industry developments and market trends to identify opportunities for new initiatives and services.
-   Provide leadership and guidance to the organization’s team, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement
-   Represent the organization in industry forums, institutional meetings, and professional events
-   Present operational and strategic updates to the Board of Directors and relevant stakeholders

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in a senior leadership role such as General Manager, Managing Director, or equivalent executive position
-   Previous experience within the insurance sector, professional education, or a related institutional environment will be considered a strong asset
-   Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to drive organizational development and operational efficiency
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
-   In-depth understanding of the insurance market and industry dynamics
-   Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
-   Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities
-   Fluency in Greek and English is required
