**Responsibilities:**

-   Monitor, identify, and evaluate public and private tender opportunities in line with company priorities
-   Analyze tender requirements and coordinate the preparation of compliant tender submissions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
-   Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender dossiers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines
-   Manage tender timelines and ensure effective coordination, follow-up, and communication across all involved parties
-   Monitor tender evaluation processes and support contract award, legal coordination, and post-award documentation
-   Maintain accurate tender records, reporting, and availability of company certifications and supporting documentation

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in tender management or a similar role
-   Solid knowledge of public and/or private tender procedures
-   Experience with tender platforms such as **ESIDIS, Promitheus, KIMDIS, CosmoONE, iSupplies, TED** or similar will be considered an asset
-   Strong understanding of tender processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
-   Excellent organizational and time management skills
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
-   High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
-   Experience with ERP / CRM systems (e.g. Soft1) will be considered an asset
