## Description

For a global leader in the development and manufacturing of scaffolding systems: Civil Engineer

**Responsibilities**

-   Develop detailed technical scaffolding designs and drawings using AutoCAD, including 2D and 3D design applications.
-   Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and design solutions tailored to customer requirements and project needs.
-   Provide technical support to customers and collaborate closely with the Sales Team, designers, procurement representatives, and other stakeholders.
-   Support large-scale projects across the construction, industrial, and event sectors, ensuring the appropriate application of the company's scaffolding systems.
-   Review and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation to identify project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
-   Present technical design solutions and provide detailed product information to customers, architects, engineers, and design offices.
-   Advise and train customers on the use, benefits, and technical advantages of company's products.
-   Conduct technical consultations and, when required, visit project sites to support the implementation of scaffolding solutions.
-   Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market research, product development initiatives, and the implementation of local market strategies.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline from a recognized Polytechnic University.
-   2-4 years of professional experience in technical design, engineering, or the construction sector.
-   Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in AutoCAD design and drafting, with the ability to independently develop accurate and detailed technical drawings.
-   Strong understanding of technical drawings, construction documentation, and engineering principles.
-   Experience in 3D design applications will be considered an advantage.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
-   Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
-   Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
-   Results-oriented, proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
-   Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
-   Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites when required.
