## Description

A leading energy company in Greece.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Administer and maintain corporate servers across physical and virtual environments.
-   Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services.
-   Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support, troubleshooting complex infrastructure and system issues.
-   Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
-   Monitor, maintain, and test backup and restore procedures while contributing to business continuity planning.
-   Support the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure.
-   Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high system availability and performance.
-   Participate in infrastructure improvement projects and technology upgrades.

## Requirements

-   1–3 years of experience in a similar Systems Administration or IT Infrastructure role.
-   Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
-   Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V).
-   Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
-   Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPNs, Firewalls, and Routing.
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-   Good command of the English language.
