## Description

### Roles and Responsibilities

-   Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth handover of projects
-   Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements and specifications for handover process
-   Provide training and support to end users on utilizing project deliverables post-handover
-   Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the handover process
-   Maintain accurate records and documentation of all handover activities
-   Continuously improve handover processes and procedures based on feedback and lessons learned
-   Develop detailed handover procedures and documentation to ensure all project deliverables are met
-   Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project standards and specifications
-   Participate in project meetings and provide updates on handover progress
-   Ensure timely completion of handover process to meet project deadlines

## Requirements

-   Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
-   Certifications in project management or handover processes preferred
-   At least 2-4 years of experience in handover engineering for construction projects
-   Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
-   Analytical mindset with attention to detail
-   Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-   Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
-   Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
-   Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
