### **Key Responsibilities:**

Oversee **community management**, including financial management, maintenance, and resident experience.

-   _Ensure compliance with all_ _**relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws**__._
-   _Monitor_ _**service providers’ performance**__, ensuring adherence to company SLAs and KPIs._
-   _Develop and implement strategies to_ _**optimize and grow**_ _the buildings under management._
-   _Collaborate with_ _**cross-functional teams**_ _to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction._
-   _Lead initiatives focused on_ _**sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration**__._
-   _Establish and maintain strong relationships with_ _**property owners, vendors, and authorities**__._
-   _Regularly assess_ _**building operations**_ _to ensure efficiency and high standards._
-   _Prepare and present_ _**reports to senior management and clients**__._

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management.
-   certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM).
-   Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
-   Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
-   Technologically sawy with experience in property management software.
