## Description

Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Tenant Relations Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in managing tenant relationships, ensuring their concerns are addressed efficiently, and enhancing overall tenant satisfaction.

The Senior Tenant Relations Officer will act as a key point of contact for tenants, lead initiatives to improve tenant engagement, and work closely with property management teams to deliver exceptional service.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
-   Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants to promote satisfaction and retention.
-   Coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and other departments to address tenant needs and resolve issues swiftly.
-   Assist in the onboarding of new tenants and the smooth transition of move-outs.
-   Monitor tenant feedback and implement strategies to enhance tenant experience.
-   Prepare regular reports on tenant relations metrics and recommend improvements.
-   Mentor and support junior tenant relations staff and assist in training where needed.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
-   Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in tenant relations or property management.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-   Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage escalations professionally.
-   Experienced in using property management software and CRM tools.
-   Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-   Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
-   Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
