## Description

K&S Tire Recycling is seeking a hands-on, bilingual Operations Manager with experience in the tire recycling industry or a related field. This role requires a strong leader who can optimize processes, oversee quality control, and ensure operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

## Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an operations management role, specifically in tire recycling, waste management, manufacturing, or a related industry.

Requirements:

-   Bilingual (English & Spanish) Required – Must be able to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and clients.

-   Hands-On Leadership: Ability to work in the field, supervise employees directly, and be involved in day-to-day operations.

-   Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of tire recycling processes, including collection, shredding, material separation, and compliance.

-   Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement efficiency improvements.

-   Safety & Compliance: Familiarity with OSHA regulations, environmental laws, and industry safety standards.
-   Budget & Cost Control: Ability to manage operational expenses while maintaining quality and efficiency.
