As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking to welcome to our team an **Automation Engineer**, who will be responsible for:

-   Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs, sensors, and networks).
-   Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of automation equipment.
-   Design and execute the implementation of automation projects and upgrades.
-   Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve process reliability and performance.
-   Keep documentation updated (software backups, electrical drawings, functional descriptions).
-   Monitor and analyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement.
-   Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
-   Participate actively in plant shutdowns, commissioning, and start-up activities related to automation.

## Requirements

If you have......

-   Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
-   3 years of experience in industrial automation within manufacturing.
-   Solid knowledge of PLC programming
-   Experience with SCADA/DCS systems and industrial communication protocols.
-   Familiarity with instrumentation and control systems.
-   Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills.
-   Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
-   Good communication skills
-   Very good English skills.
-   Teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
-   Proactivity and continuous improvement orientation.
-   Safety-first mindset.
