**About the role**

We are seeking a lawyer with the vision and ambition to develop their career in banking and finance transactions, as we continue to enhance our Banking & Finance team.

**As a member of our Finance practice group, you will:**

-   Be part of an exceptional Banking & Finance team, gaining experience across a wide spectrum of market-leading banking and finance transactions
-   Participate in project teams and support the execution of transactions
-   Be exposed to interactions and exchanges with regulatory authorities
-   Have the opportunity to contribute to various tasks as part of a highly qualified project team

## Requirements

**The successful candidate should have:**

-   Qualification to act as Greek lawyer through Greek law degree and bar admission;
-   An LLM in a field related to Banking & Finance
-   At least 2 years of experience in banking and financial transactions
-   A strong vision to become an expert legal practitioner in banking and finance transactions
-   A continuous learning and development mindset
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Resilience and commitment
-   A positive attitude and team spirit
-   A good command of business English
