**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience in in-house or agency hiring to drive end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech roles.

This role requires someone who can manage multiple hiring priorities, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience while partnering closely with stakeholders. You will also play a key role in shaping employee experience by designing and driving engagement initiatives across the organization.

## Requirements

**Where You Can Create Impact**

-   Own end-to-end hiring for roles across tech and non-tech functions
-   Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies
-   Proactively source and identify high-quality talent, including niche and hard-to-fill roles
-   Drive a strong candidate experience across all stages of the hiring process
-   Manage multiple stakeholders and competing hiring priorities effectively
-   Go beyond job descriptions to identify candidates with long-term potential
-   Track hiring metrics and continuously improve processes
-   Ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee through effective handover and communication
-   Contribute to employee experience by supporting engagement initiatives and improving onboarding journeys
-   Plan and organize employee engagement activities and company events from time to time

**Requirements for the Role**

**Must-have:**

-   1+ years of experience in talent acquisition (in-house experience preferred)
-   Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
-   Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with competing priorities
-   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-   Hands-on experience in sourcing for niche or hard-to-fill roles
-   Strong focus on candidate experience and quality hiring
-   High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-   Experience in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives or internal events
-   Strong sense of employee experience, with the ability to design initiatives that improve participation and culture

**Good-to-have:**

-   Experience in startup or high-growth environments
-   Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting
-   Ability to influence hiring decisions and improve hiring processes
