KarVér Hospitality is launching a unique Brasserie and Bakery Café concept this summer, with multiple locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Grounded in the classic traditions of Europe, our refreshed, 21st Century brasserie experience will focus on delicious dishes crafted with quality ingredients, curated locally. KarVér Hospitality strongly believes that a passionate commitment to sourcing local, whenever possible, will heighten the integrity of the cuisine and bolster ties with the local communities in which we will serve. The menus will feature crave-able brasserie classics, shared plates, seasonal fare, breakfast/bakery goods, craft cocktails, and an exciting locally-focused beverages program.
