## Description

**KPM is looking to hire a skilled Paint & Resurface Technician** to join our maintenance team. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic quality of our residential properties through professional painting and resurfacing work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks.
-   Apply paint, stains, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
-   Resurface countertops, cabinets, and other surfaces as needed.
-   Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
-   Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
-   Assist with property turnovers by providing paint and resurfacing services.
-   Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to schedule and complete work efficiently.
-   Follow all safety protocols while performing tasks.

## Requirements

-   Prior experience in painting and resurfacing preferred.
-   Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.
-   Ability to prepare surfaces and perform high-quality paint application.
-   Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Strong time management and organizational skills.
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-   Good communication skills and professionalism.
