To build a global community of fragrance lovers through the power of scent and by providing them with the most innovative & luxurious fragrances, education and sharing our Middle Eastern fragrance rituals with the world. **Summary** The Senior Production Manager leads the day-to-day operations and people management of KAYALI’s in-house Production Team, overseeing delivery of social, brand, market, e-commerce/PDP and retailer content in a fast-moving, founder-led business. The role acts as KAYALI’s production point of contact for outsourced campaign production and coordinates in-house cutdowns and retouching. ## Requirements **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** •     Manage direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, one-to-ones, performance reviews, development and addressing performance concerns. •     Receive approved briefs from the Traffic Controller and confirm requirements are complete before scheduling. •     Own production and post-production schedules, assignments, team capacity and deadlines across concurrent projects. •     Own and control the department budget, including production budgets, freelance crew, vendors and external editor bookings. •     Oversee the outsourced campaign producer’s agreed milestones, deliverables and asset handovers. •     Track assets through editing, retouching, review, approval and final delivery. •     Consolidate feedback, resolve conflicting instructions and assign revisions. •     Coordinate review rounds and approvals with the Traffic Controller. •     Flag changes outside the approved brief and their implications for timing, resources and cost. •     Maintain production trackers, delivery records and clear processes for file organisation, backups and archiving. •     Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows as the department grows. ## Benefits **Requirements** •     Substantial production experience, including sustained management of a permanent, multidisciplinary production team. •     Demonstrated experience hiring, developing and managing employee performance. •     Proven ability to balance high volumes of work, competing priorities and multiple stakeholders. •     Strong experience in resource planning, production budgets, vendor management and post-production scheduling. •     Understanding of video, photography, editing, retouching and asset delivery workflows. •     Calm judgement, clear communication and strong organisational skills. •     Experience in a growing brand, busy content studio or comparable production environment; beauty, luxury or retail experience is advantageous. **Our Benefits & Perks** •     Premium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage •     Find your Magic Days •     Volunteer Day •     Birthday Leave •     Egg Freezing Benefits •     Employee discounts on all Kayali products •     Quarterly product gifting _Kayali is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
