## Requirements

### About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced **Senior Supply Chain Coordinator** to provide **maternity leave coverage** for one of our global client programs in the direct-to-consumer skincare space.

You’ll manage the daily flow of **orders, shipments, purchase orders, and reporting**, working across NetSuite, Amazon, QVC, suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouse teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal ramp-up time.

### What You’ll Do

-   Manage **QVC and Amazon orders, shipments, routing, delivery appointments, and tracking**.
-   Create and process **sales orders, work orders, transfer orders, and purchase orders**.
-   Manage supplier follow-ups, PO receiving, and billing.
-   Maintain accurate records and resolve **NetSuite and Celigo integration issues**.
-   Prepare daily **sales and shipping reports** covering open, back, hold, and shipped orders.
-   Support promotional tracking and **MPS (Master Production Schedule)** updates.
-   Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and **3PL warehouse teams** to ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time.

### Requirements

-   **3+ years** of experience in supply chain coordination, order management, logistics, or a related field.
-   **Strong working knowledge of NetSuite — essential.**
-   **Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.**
-   Direct experience working with QVC or a comparable TV/home-shopping retail account, including routing and delivery appointment requirements is a plus.
-   Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
-   Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
-   Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily deadlines.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with **OTM (Oracle Transportation Management)**.
-   Familiarity with **Celigo**.
-   Experience booking freight through **3PL or brokerage platforms**.
-   Background in **beauty, skincare, CPG, or another consumer goods category**.
-   Experience coordinating directly with **3PL warehouse teams**.

-   Accurate daily reporting.
-   Orders and shipments processed and routed on time.
-   Purchase orders managed accurately and promptly.
-   Issues identified and resolved before impacting operations.
-   Accurate, up-to-date NetSuite records.
-   A clean handover at the end of the assignment.
