We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage hiring activity across business functions and support the continued growth of the organization. This role is suited to a recruiter who can run structured hiring processes, engage high-quality candidates, and work closely with managers to define practical recruitment needs. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across corporate, operational, administrative, technical, and specialist roles
-   Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview plans, and selection criteria
-   Write and post job advertisements across relevant platforms, ensuring clear, accurate, and attractive messaging
-   Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, networks, and direct outreach
-   Screen applications, conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and prepare shortlists for hiring managers
-   Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer processes, and candidate communications
-   Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipeline reports, and hiring dashboards
-   Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and talent market mapping
-   Ensure recruitment processes are consistent, compliant, inclusive, and professionally managed
-   Identify improvements to recruitment workflows, templates, systems, and stakeholder communication

### Responsabilités principales

-   Gérer les processus de recrutement de bout en bout sur des postes corporate, opérationnels, administratifs, techniques et spécialisés
-   Collaborer avec les managers recruteurs pour définir les besoins du poste, les profils candidats, les plans d’entretien et les critères de sélection
-   Rédiger et publier les offres d’emploi sur les plateformes pertinentes, avec une communication claire, précise et attractive
-   Sourcer des candidats via LinkedIn, job boards, bases de données, recommandations, réseaux et approche directe
-   Présélectionner les candidatures, conduire les entretiens, évaluer l’adéquation des candidats et préparer les shortlists pour les managers
-   Coordonner la planification des entretiens, la collecte des retours, les processus d’offre et les communications candidats
-   Maintenir des données de recrutement exactes, des rapports de pipeline et des tableaux de bord de recrutement
-   Soutenir les initiatives de marque employeur, les campagnes de recrutement et la cartographie du marché des talents
-   Garantir des processus de recrutement cohérents, conformes, inclusifs et gérés de manière professionnelle
-   Identifier les améliorations possibles des workflows de recrutement, modèles, systèmes et communications avec les parties prenantes

## Requirements

-   Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
-   Fluent in English and French, written and verbal
-   Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or agency recruitment
-   Experience managing full-cycle hiring processes across professional or corporate roles
-   Confident sourcing passive candidates and conducting structured screening interviews
-   Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise hiring managers
-   Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
-   High proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Microsoft Office

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience recruiting within a regulated, financial, professional services, or international business environment
-   Exposure to executive search, technical hiring, or specialist corporate functions
-   Experience building recruitment reports and improving hiring process metrics
-   Knowledge of French employment hiring practices and candidate documentation requirements
-   Prior experience supporting employer branding or internal referral programs

-   Expérience dans la gestion de processus de recrutement complets pour des postes professionnels ou corporate
-   Aisance dans le sourcing de candidats passifs et la conduite d’entretiens structurés
-   Solides compétences en gestion des parties prenantes, avec la capacité de conseiller les managers recruteurs
-   Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et forte attention aux détails
-   Bonne maîtrise des ATS, de LinkedIn Recruiter, des job boards et de Microsoft Office

### Qualifications souhaitées

-   Expérience de recrutement dans un environnement réglementé, financier, services professionnels ou international
-   Exposition au recrutement de cadres, de profils techniques ou de fonctions corporate spécialisées
-   Expérience dans la création de rapports de recrutement et l’amélioration des indicateurs de processus
-   Connaissance des pratiques de recrutement françaises et des exigences documentaires liées aux candidats
-   Expérience préalable dans le soutien à la marque employeur ou aux programmes de cooptation interne

## Benefits

-   Base Salary: €45,000 to €65,000 gross per annum, commensurate with experience

-   Leave: 25 days paid annual leave in line with French statutory entitlements, plus RTT days applicable to the role
