## Description

We are seeking an IT Systems Manager to oversee business systems, user support, infrastructure coordination, and technology improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a technically capable IT professional who can manage day-to-day support while also improving systems, security practices, and internal technology processes. You will work closely with leadership and external providers to ensure employees have reliable, secure, and efficient technology tools.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage daily IT operations, including user support, hardware, software, access management, and office technology
-   Oversee business systems, ensuring platforms are reliable, secure, properly maintained, and aligned with business needs
-   Coordinate with external IT vendors, managed service providers, software partners, and infrastructure suppliers
-   Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employee devices, accounts, permissions, and systems access
-   Support cybersecurity controls, data protection practices, backups, incident response, and user awareness
-   Maintain IT asset registers, license tracking, system documentation, and support procedures
-   Partner with finance, HR, operations, and leadership teams on system improvements and reporting needs
-   Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve internal technology workflows
-   Support implementation or upgrade projects for ERP, HRIS, CRM, collaboration, or reporting tools
-   Monitor service issues, track resolution timelines, and improve IT support standards

### Responsabilités principales

-   Identifier les opportunités d’automatisation des processus manuels et d’amélioration des flux technologiques internes
-   Soutenir les projets de mise en place ou de mise à niveau d’ERP, SIRH, CRM, outils collaboratifs ou plateformes de reporting
-   Suivre les incidents de service, les délais de résolution et l’amélioration des standards de support IT

## Requirements

-   Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration, or a related discipline
-   Fluent in English and French, written and verbal
-   Strong experience in IT support, systems administration, business applications, or IT operations management
-   Good understanding of Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint support, networking, and business systems
-   Experience managing IT vendors, service providers, tickets, assets, and user support processes
-   Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, access controls, and data protection practices
-   Strong communication skills with the ability to support technical and non-technical users
-   Comfortable working fully on-site and handling urgent operational IT matters

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience in a regulated, financial, professional services, or international business environment
-   Exposure to ERP, HRIS, CRM, or financial systems implementation projects
-   Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC controls, GDPR, or IT risk management frameworks
-   Experience with cloud platforms, device management, and security monitoring tools
-   Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, or cybersecurity credentials advantageous

## Benefits

-   Base Salary: €60,000 to €85,000 gross per annum, commensurate with experience
-   Leave: 25 days paid annual leave in line with French statutory entitlements, plus RTT days applicable to the role
