## Description

We are partnering with a privately held services business to find a Regional Director of Field Services. The company supports a diverse commercial and institutional client base and is continuing to expand its regional presence.

This role is suited to a hands-on senior leader who can oversee a large distributed field workforce, strengthen service consistency, and build trusted relationships with key clients. The successful candidate will bring structure, accountability, and practical leadership to a fast-moving frontline environment.

The Regional Director of Field Services will report to senior leadership and take ownership of service delivery, workforce performance, client satisfaction, and regional operating standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead field service teams across multiple client sites and service locations
-   Ensure consistent service quality, staffing coverage, and client responsiveness
-   Manage regional performance against labor, budget, retention, and service targets
-   Partner with client stakeholders to resolve concerns and strengthen relationships
-   Support new client onboarding, service transitions, and account mobilization
-   Coach managers and supervisors on performance, accountability, and team development
-   Review operational reporting and recommend improvements to senior leadership
-   Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and client-facing teams to support business goals

## Requirements

**Required Qualifications**

-   Proven experience leading multi-site field service teams in a commercial services environment
-   Strong people leadership skills with experience managing frontline or hourly workforces
-   Experience overseeing service standards, staffing plans, and client satisfaction metrics
-   Working knowledge of labor management, scheduling, productivity, and budget controls
-   Strong client relationship management experience with a focus on retention
-   Ability to lead through change, growth, and operational improvement
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Background in security services, facilities services, property services, or a similar service-based industry

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field
-   Experience managing teams of 50 or more
-   Experience supporting regional expansion, new account launches, or service turnarounds

## Benefits

Base salary: $100,000 to $125,000 depending on experience

Performance bonus: up to 15% based on individual and company performance
