We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the leadership team. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide daily executive support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense administration
-   Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, reports, and follow-up notes for leadership meetings
-   Coordinate internal and external meetings with clients, advisors, auditors, regulators, vendors, and business partners
-   Track leadership actions, deadlines, and key deliverables to ensure timely follow-through
-   Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records of sensitive documentation
-   Support board meetings, committee sessions, leadership workshops, and internal governance forums
-   Manage travel logistics, accommodation, itineraries, visas, and related administrative requirements
-   Act as a point of contact between leadership and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination
-   Support special projects, office initiatives, and business administration tasks as needed
-   Improve administrative processes, templates, filing systems, and executive support workflows

### Responsabilités principales

## Requirements

-   Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Executive Support, Office Management, or a related field preferred
-   Fluent in English and French, written and verbal
-   Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a corporate environment
-   Excellent organizational, scheduling, and written communication skills
-   High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
-   Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
-   Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, calendar tools, travel systems, and expense platforms
-   Comfortable working fully on-site in a fast-paced professional environment

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience supporting C-suite executives or board-level meetings
-   Background in a regulated, financial, legal, professional services, or international business environment
-   Experience coordinating complex travel and multi-stakeholder meetings
-   Familiarity with governance documentation, meeting minutes, and confidential records
-   Ability to prepare polished presentations, reports, and internal communications

## Benefits

-   Base Salary: €45,000 to €65,000 gross per annum, commensurate with experience
