**Overview**

Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about building people-first cultures within fast-growing, mission-driven organisations? We are partnering with a prominent player in the European renewable energy sector to recruit a dedicated HR Manager. Our client operates across multiple European jurisdictions and is seeking an HR leader to oversee day-to-day people operations, drive talent initiatives, and partner closely with senior leadership on workforce strategy.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage the full employee lifecycle across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
-   Partner with department heads to design workforce planning strategies aligned with growth objectives.
-   Lead talent acquisition efforts for technical and commercial roles across France and neighbouring jurisdictions.
-   Ensure compliance with French labour law, GDPR, and applicable EU directives.
-   Oversee compensation and benefits administration in coordination with finance.

## Requirements

**Essential Qualifications**

-   7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
-   Strong knowledge of French employment law and CSE relations.
-   Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sector preferred.
-   Fluent in French and English.
-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.

**Desired Qualifications**

-   Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

## Benefits
