We are looking for a Compliance Manager to strengthen governance, regulatory controls, and internal compliance processes across the business. This role is suited to a detail-oriented professional who can interpret regulatory requirements, build practical frameworks, and work closely with operational teams to ensure compliance is embedded in daily activity. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and control frameworks across the organization
-   Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business processes, documentation, and operating practices
-   Conduct compliance reviews, internal testing, risk assessments, and gap analyses across key functions
-   Partner with legal, finance, HR, operations, and leadership teams to ensure compliance obligations are understood and followed
-   Maintain accurate compliance registers, issue logs, action plans, and supporting documentation
-   Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence, responding to queries, and coordinating corrective actions
-   Deliver compliance training and guidance to employees and managers across the business
-   Review third-party, vendor, and customer documentation from a compliance and governance perspective
-   Escalate material compliance risks and recommend clear, practical remediation steps
-   Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and regulatory awareness across the organization

### Responsabilités principales

-   Examiner la documentation relative aux tiers, fournisseurs et clients sous l’angle de la conformité et de la gouvernance
-   Signaler les risques de conformité importants et recommander des mesures correctives claires et concrètes
-   Promouvoir une culture de responsabilité, de transparence et de sensibilisation réglementaire dans l’organisation

## Requirements

-   Degree in Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
-   Fluent in English and French, written and verbal
-   Strong experience in compliance, internal controls, risk, audit, or regulatory governance
-   Good understanding of French and European regulatory frameworks relevant to corporate operations
-   Experience developing policies, procedures, compliance reports, and control documentation
-   Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into practical business actions
-   Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence advising senior managers
-   High attention to detail with excellent documentation and follow-up discipline

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience in a regulated industry or international group environment
-   Knowledge of GDPR, anti-bribery and corruption controls, sanctions screening, or third-party risk management
-   Experience coordinating regulatory audits or internal compliance reviews
-   Familiarity with compliance monitoring tools, risk registers, and policy management systems
-   Professional compliance certification or legal qualification advantageous
