**Overview**

A specialised European wind turbine and components manufacturer in Rotterdam is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing across direct and indirect categories. Leveraging its position in one of Europe's most important port and energy hubs, the company serves onshore and offshore wind clients across the North Sea region. The role plays a critical part in supplier development, cost optimisation, and supply chain resilience.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute category strategies across direct (steel, composites, electrical components) and indirect spend.
-   Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance reviews.
-   Oversee supplier qualification and quality processes in line with IEC 61400 standards.
-   Manage supply risk, including geopolitical, financial, and operational factors (rare earths, semiconductors).

## Requirements

**Essential Qualifications**

-   Fluent in Dutch and English.

**Desired Qualifications**
