About the Role

As the Hostess of our signature restaurant, you are the first and last impression of the dining journey. With grace, hospitality and precision, you curate the guest arrival experience, manage reservations and seating, and serve as the communication bridge between guests and service teams. You embody luxury hospitality — warm, elegant and always attentive.

### Main Responsibilities

-   Welcome guests with refined hospitality and escort them to tables with confidence and grace.
-   Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating plans to optimize guest flow and maximize occupancy.
-   Coordinate with F&B and Reservations regarding VIPs, special requests, and guest preferences.
-   Maintain detailed guest profiles and ensure guest recognition across return visits.
-   Assist in managing reservation platforms and ensure accurate data entry.
-   Keep the entrance, reception stand, and waiting areas pristine at all times.
-   Support guest communication via phone, email, and concierge liaison.
-   Provide menu introductions when needed and assist with guest questions.
-   Ensure smooth communication with the service team to maintain consistent guest experience.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in luxury restaurants, hotels, or high-end lifestyle venues.
-   Fluent in English, additional languages considered a plus.
-   Professional appearance and warm, welcoming personality.
-   Ability to stand for extended periods.
-   Flexibility for shift-based schedules (morning, afternoon, evening).
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Technical Skills**

-   Familiarity with reservation systems and guest management platforms.
-   Strong upselling skills.
-   Ability to manage seating plans and optimize table turnover.
-   Professional phone and email communication.
