**About the Role**

The Beach Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing attentive, high-quality food and beverage service to guests in the beach and sunbed areas, ensuring a relaxed yet luxury guest experience throughout their visit.

### **Main Responsibilities**

-   Serve food and beverages directly to guests at sunbeds and beach seating areas.
-   Present menus, take accurate orders, and deliver items promptly and professionally.
-   Ensure excellent guest interaction and personalized service throughout the beach experience.
-   Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of assigned beach sections.
-   Communicate effectively with bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
-   Handle guest requests, complaints, or special needs promptly and politely.
-   Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
-   Assist with setup, replenishment, and closing of beach service areas.
-   Support the Beach Manager/Supervisor during peak service periods.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress (beach club or luxury hospitality preferred).
-   Ability to work outdoors and remain professional in high-temperature conditions.
-   Fluency in English, additional languages are a strong advantage.
-   Professional appearance and guest-focused demeanor.
-   Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
-   Flexibility for shift-based schedules (daytime, afternoon, sunset service).

**Technical Skills**

-   Strong understanding of beach service flow and outdoor dining operations.
-   Ability to carry trays safely and deliver items across sand and uneven terrain.
-   Knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
-   Fast-paced operational awareness.

**Soft Skills**
